1. Eligibility for Refunds (Before Installation)
Refunds are permitted only before the tires are installed on the customer’s vehicle. Once installation begins or has been completed, the order becomes non-refundable.
To request a refund, customers must contact our support team and provide their order number and proof of purchase.
2. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within
2 – 5 business days. The actual posting time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Manufacturer Defects & Warranty Claims
BnchrPlus is committed to delivering products that meet global safety and quality standards. In cases where a tire is found to have a manufacturer defect, customers are eligible for a replacement under the applicable brand warranty.
- Warranty coverage and duration may vary based on the tire brand.
- Typically, warranty claims are valid for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- Customers must approach our authorized supplying partners to inspect and verify the defect before any replacement is issued.
- BnchrPlus does not provide monetary refunds for manufacturer defects once tires are installed; only replacement applies according to the brand’s policy.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Tires that have been installed, used, or damaged after installation.
- Normal wear and tear, improper usage, accidents, or road hazards.
- Claims rejected by the tire manufacturer or their authorized partner.
