- Ensuring safe and accessible installation space for our service team.
- Inspecting purchased tires at the time of delivery before installation.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders must be fully paid before any service or installation is scheduled.
- Prices may vary based on product availability, brand, and seasonal offers.
4. Refund & Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled and refunded only before installation.
- Once installation starts, the transaction becomes final and non-refundable.
- Refund timelines follow our Refund Policy.
5. Warranty & Claims
- Manufacturer warranty applies to product defects only.
- Warranty decisions are made by the tire supplier or manufacturer, not BnchrPlus.
- BnchrPlus facilitates the process but does not determine warranty outcomes.
6. Limitation of Liability
BnchrPlus is not liable for:
- Damage caused by improper vehicle use, road hazards, accidents, or misuse.
- Warranty rejection decisions made by suppliers or manufacturers.
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from delays, supply issues, or installation challenges beyond our control.
7. Changes to Terms
BnchrPlus reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
